These products are custom made as per the clients requirement not limited to product constituent, packing and branding, using technological parameters of ESPL or as desired by the clients. Our expertise lies in not only Contract Manufacturing of products of single microbial strain but also in designing and production of consortium products for agriculture and environment. We also offer various formulations of natural plant extracts botanicals and their active ingredients for plant growth promotion and control of pest and diseases as per the specification of country of requirement meeting all the Regulation for their promotion.

Commercial Scale-Up

At ESPL, we optimize all the stringent growth parameters of microbial strains for best adaptation, response and longer shelf life under formulation. We also standardise botanical formulation including composition, process and equipment.

Product Stabilization

The most important aspect of any product is the efficacy of the bioproduct, ease of application methodology and handling during transportation and storage. We work specifically with each client to find out suitable formulation and stabilization methods for their products either liquid formulations (EC, SL, AS), powder formulation (WP, WDP) and granules (G, WDG) to provide better efficacy and shelflife.
